Samantha is a designer and researcher whose work spans products and services that solve complex problems. Based in Hong Kong, she has worked on projects internationally as both an in-house designer and consultant for Hewlett Packard, Experientia, Keio-NUS CUTE Center and R/GA. She has also been leading design workshops in service design and participatory design with DesignSingapore Council and General Assembly.
She is a graduate from Nanyang Technological University and Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design. With a strong background in psychology and interaction design, she wears multiple hats in the design process. An avid problem solver and storyteller, she is passionate about weaving insights into user stories, marrying design and technology to craft magical experiences.
She is also obsessed with creative processes surrounding food and spends her free time dissecting modern cooking techniques.
